International taxes & duties
We believe your art buying experience should be as smooth and seamless as the brushstrokes of our wall art.
• USA, UK, Canada, and Australia: 100% tax-free. We cover all shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
• Europe and other regions: We use a dedicated DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) channel for most sizes of artwork to ensure all taxes are prepaid. No customs formalities are required, and there are no extra charges at your doorstep.
How long does it take for my art to arrive?
Creating Time: Generally 7-10 days
Shipping Time: Generally 5-10 days by FedEx/DHL/UPS or other faster logistics companies.
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 12-20 days after order is placed.

Is it possible to preview the artwork before it is shipped?
Absolutely! At Lavinia Gallery, your satisfaction is our top priority. Once the artwork is complete, we will provide you with both a photo and a video preview. This allows you to review the final product and ensure it meets your expectations before it is shipped to you.
Is the framed painting ready to be hung?
We offer three options.
If you purchase the framed/frameless option, we will provide the hooks so you can easily hang it upon receipt.
If you purchase a rolled painting, you will need to find a local gallery to frame it for you. They will install the hooks for you.
If you purchase a 3D metal painting, which does not require a frame, we will pre-install hooks on the back of the painting and include nails. You can then hang it directly at home after drilling the nails.
How do I pick the right artwork for my room?
When shopping for artwork, size can have just as much of an impact as the composition of the piece. It is important to determine where you want to hang your art first so that you can measure to find the perfect size.
- For abstract art, BIGGER IS BETTER to maximize impact.
- An oversized piece of art in a small room can create a focal point.
- A small piece in a large room may get lost. Try grouping several smaller pieces together to create a display of art to fill the area of the room.
- Another rule of thumb for hanging art is to center it at eye level. Consider if you'll usually be standing or sitting in the space and select your eye-level height accordingly.

Can I request custom sizes, color changes, or modifications to the artwork?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate your custom requests. Whether you need adjustments to the size, color, or design, we can tailor the artwork to your preferences. Are the prices all-inclusive?
Yes, the prices listed on Lavinia Gallery are all-inclusive. This means there are no hidden fees, and the price you see already covers shipping costs, import duties, and sales tax. We believe in transparent pricing to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Packing
Rolled paintings are packed carefully in a strong paper tube, Framed paintings are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.
Small 3D metal paintings are packed carefully in cardboard boxes, while large ones are packed carefully in a quality wooden box.

Damaged goods
For damaged item, please kindly contact Lavinia Gallery within 30 days of the date it was received and will be exchanged for the same item. Please contact us at support@laviniagallery.com if you would like to replace your item.
